We rented a Kia soul, originally booked a Nissan Note, but when we arrived and called to pick it up, we were told that Nissan had an accident, so there will be another car. I booked through the Nissan Note website, but they gave me a Ford Focus. Nobody agreed with me on a replacement. The external condition of the car was bad, the interior was dirty.
