Everything was easy. After my reservation I have got confirmation email and we started next communication at WhatsApp. They contacted me half day before rent. I've sent by WhatsApp all needed data about myself to be agreement prepared in advance. After arriving was everything quick. Handover the car same as its returning was very fast and easy. I was very satisfied.

Everything thing went fine, easy pick up and no issues with the car. The only problem was the Y1 car park at the airport was not accessible when we had to drop off the car. If we had been in a rush then it could have been a problem. I know this is nothing to do with the car rental, however maybe a plan should be communicated in case this happens in the future.
