レンタルはすべて順調でした。すべて時間通りで、明瞭でした。車は素晴らしく、快適で、よく整備されていました。最高レベルのオーナーとの交流。常に連絡があり、事前にすべてを準備してくれました。すべてがとても快適でした。
SEAT Mii チェコにて
2024年8月27日に車を予約した。この日まで貸主との連絡はない。レンタカーは指定された住所に車を届けるという条件で購入した。30分ほど待っても車が来る気配はなく、貸主からは連絡も電話にも出なかった。私はその会社を探し出し、その会社の上司であることが判明した他の従業員と連絡を取り、私の借りた車はまだドイツとチェコの国境のどこかにいる別の顧客に保管されていることを知りました。このような問題についての情報は以前にはなく、明らかに賃貸人は私たちが何もせず、ただ詐欺にあうことに同意すると考えているようだった。私たちは、バンと言われる別の車の提案を受けた。写真にあるように、それはフィアット・デュカートというフルデリバリー・バンであることが判明した（私たちが小さなシートMIIを借りたのには理由があったことを思い出してほしい）。配達時間から2～3時間後、賃貸人がバンを運んできたのですが、彼は英語をほとんど話せないことが判明しました。契約書にサインした後、その車の「使い方」についてひどい、簡単な説明を受けた。全体的にバンの状態は本当に悪く、トランクの中には常に動き回るものまであり、私たちが計画した道路を運転するのは悪夢でした。ストレスの多い運転でツアーを終えた後も、車を届けてくれた貸主と連絡は取れず、返却について電話するように言われました。契約書にサインする際、この不条理な状況については後で話すと伝えた。車を返却するとき、賃貸人はこの話題を避け、私が怒ってそのことを口にすると、まるで私がこの状況のすべての罪を犯しているかのように、終始イライラした顔をしていた。もちろん、シートMIIの燃料代は通常よりはるかに高く、会社のボス（もう一人の従業員）とかなり長く激論を交わした後、500コルンの補償金をもらって、放っておいた。賃貸人は、契約書に私のサインをもらうのを忘れるほど、私から離れたがっていた。ヴァディムは英語も話せないし、客のことなどまったく気にしていない。簡単に言うと、彼らはあなたを詐欺にかけようとし、あなたがそうさせないと、放っておくために何でもしてくるのだ。

We had to pay for the car in cash, which we were not informed about. And getting cash from ATM cost us additional 10%. One of the wheels was poorly balanced. It was impossible to go faster than 105 km / h due to vibrations. In general, we were satisfied with the trip, but I can’t rate it 5 out of 5 :(

Everything was great! Didn't think about taking the pictures. Car was clean, with no issues during the way in and back to Prague. Definitely will recommend to friends and rent it again!

Was very satisfied with car rental. Vadim from the company sent the contract by mail in advance, clarified all the conditions by phone, speaks good Russian. The car was received right at the airport, there were no technical problems during the holidays. Future travellers should pay attention to the mileage limit (150 km per day), this was barely enough for us. A deposit is also taken (in our case, 400 euros). Insurance with a deductible, therefore, in the event of an accident due to your fault, the money will be deducted from the deposit; however, as well as fines for violation of traffic rules. Be careful! We had a lovely holiday. I fell in love with the Czech and Austrian roads, we can only dream about them)))

All went well. Good communication with the provider and they were nice. We got a Hyundai Tucson instead but they communicated that with us in advance and since the space/size was the same, we were happy. Car was quite new and drove nicely. So all in all, a very good experience.

We were given a dirty car. The car was dirty inside and out !! When asked why the car is so dirty: the manager will wash it ourselves. How do you like this? In general, the car was normal.
