Volkswagen Passat
注文はパサートだったのだが、クタイシに到着したときには誰も出迎えてくれず、何度か電話をした後、パサートが在庫切れであることが判明した。しかし、1時間以内に問題は解決した。私はプリウスを買うことに同意し、オーナーは値引きをしてくれた。出発の前夜、オーナーに電話し、夜の3時に車を移送するために会うことに合意したが（出発は5時）、誰も来ず、電話にも出なかったので、空港の駐車場に車を置いていかなければならなかった。しかし、怒りは過ぎ去り、すべてがあのように起こってよかったとさえ思っています。車はよく手入れされているし、メンテナンスも行き届いている。オーナーはいい人で、パサートの問題を解決しようとしてくれたのがわかる。彼は空港に来なかったけれど、私は怒ってはいない（彼はまだ若く、眠たいのだ）。一般的に、私は車のために彼に感謝している！

The rental was for one day only. Everything went well, the car was in good condition, pick-up and delivery went without problems, according to the reservation.

Everything went perfectly. The car was brought to us at the airport as soon as we called and said that we had passed passport control. There were no problems with the delivery of the car either. We refueled and dropped off the car at a gas station a kilometer from the airport. From there, a rental company representative took us to the airport. Another car was offered. Instead of Hyundai they offered a Toyota Prius for the same price. The lessor explained that fuel is expensive in Georgia, and the Prius is economical.

The online booking went very smoothly. The communication about the drop off was good. The delivery of the car, check out process and condition of the car went smoothly. The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. This way I knew what to expect and it meant the driver and I had the same expectations already. My main point of critique, would be the end of the rental. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.

It wasn't Toyota. You changed fir Hyundai. We didin't travel a lot , so gas wasn't much expencive then hybrid Toyota. Apart from that everything was ok. Nice driver, he dropped us to the airport. Thank you.

The communication were excellent 👌🏻 When in the trip, we got a flat tire, there was no spare in the back, they came for us at took us back, and the deposit wasn't given back for this reason

Over all very good experience. Nick was helpful and generous. We only had one issue, that we got locked out of the car with key inside as it locked automatically and that was definitely disturbing, but we were able to break back into the car eventually

In the end, I didn't get the voxi because it was right-handed and I wasn't used to it. but the man was really perfect and offered us another car so we could drive a left hand drive vehicle.

No problems with the Prius, except that the lessor was late on time, had to wait about 40 minutes.
