I was expected to take exactly same car as I ordered but they give me Mitsubishi Outlander, the steering wheel always turned to the right even on a flat road, I had to constantly steer it to go straight which was not ok. Overall, car was not on good condition at all.

very nice guys! I rented a Nissan Kicks car in January, the car was new, clean, delivery service was good, everything was on time. brought to the airport and picked up from the hotel with transfer to the airport on the way back. The deposit for the car was returned after 23 days to the debit card. I recommend!

everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. Overall I can give 4.5 out of 5 points. we will contact again

すべてがうまくいった。注文した時間までに注文通りの車が納車された。支払いで唯一問題が生じたのはMIRカードでしたが、現金とデポジットを一緒に支払うことで合意しました。デポジットは約束通り洗車代を差し引いて返却されました。

すべてがうまくいった。ただひとつだけ、配車ドライバーとの打ち合わせが長引いた。到着ロビーで待ち合わせをしてほしかったが、結局、出発ロビー5番出口で待ち合わせをした。大家は洗車に100ディルハムを請求したが、これはデポジットから差し引かれる。保証金が戻ってくるのを待っているところだ。というわけで、生活で多少ボロボロになったとはいえ、車はいたって現役だが、UAEでこの金額なら文句を言うのは罪である。

その車は、同じクラスの別の日産車と入れ替わった。私は残念ながら空港で出迎えてもらえなかった。申込書に書いてあった電話番号に電話し、貸主と連絡がついた後、空港の駐車場で待ち合わせ、駐車料金を支払い、車を使用しました。 車の状態は良く、不満はない。 車を引き渡したとき、洗車しなければならず、洗車代は保証金から差し引かれると言われた。私は驚いた。車は埃だらけで、深刻な汚染はなかった（しかし、私の不注意だったのかもしれないし、本当は私がすべきことだったのかもしれない）。 デポジットは、空港で担当者に言われたとおり、車の引き渡しから21日後に、洗車を差し引いて返却されるとのことだった。ルーブルで私のカードに振り込んで返してくれるという。楽しみだ。
