렌트 서비스는 훌륭했고 항상 연락이 잘 되었습니다. 이스탄불 공항에서 문제없이 5분 만에 차를 받았고 5분 만에 반납했습니다. 유일한 뉘앙스는 르노 클리오 5 세대 대신 르노 클리오 4 세대 (1.5 디젤)를 받았지만 일반적으로리스 조건은 그러한 변경을 허용합니다. 르노가 첫 번째 신선도 (2019 년 출시)가 아니었다는 사실에도 불구하고 전혀 문제가 발생하지 않았고에게 해까지 800km 이상을 운전하고 약 5 리터의 소비량을 운전했습니다. 확실히 추천하고 향후에도 렌탈 서비스를 다시 사용할 것입니다. (보증금 없음, 전액 보험 및 무제한 마일리지가 좋습니다). 감사합니다 :)

운전 기사가 공항에서 저희를 만나 렌트 지점까지 데려다 주었고, 15분 정도 걸렸고 곧바로 출발할 수 있었습니다. 차도 훌륭했고 회사와의 커뮤니케이션도 최고 수준이었습니다. 단점은 빈 탱크로 차를 픽업하고 반납하는 시스템이 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 한 가지 더 불쾌한 순간은 회사에서 달러로 렌트비를 카드로 결제할 수 있다고 했지만 그 자리에서 터키 리라로 환전해야 했습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다!

The only service that we managed to find, with the possibility of paying with a Russian prepaid card and a cash deposit in the current situation in the world, thank you for keeping the opportunity for everyone to travel without barriers! Renting a car left mixed feelings. Starting with the late service representative in the rental car for an hour, but by a happy coincidence, our flight was also delayed by 40 minutes. Secondly, on the site we booked a car on diesel, arrived on gasoline. We were pleased that despite the complete lack of knowledge of the English language of the service representative, friends or colleagues of this representative spoke to us in Russian on the phone. The journey turned out to be truly magical thanks to the car. I managed to visit many places, enjoy the local driving style, so to speak, immerse myself completely in Turkish culture. Unlimited mileage has become the main parameter when choosing a service, and here it is included in car rental, you didn’t have to pay anything extra. The car itself is in good condition, it was a pleasure to drive. With pleasure we will use your services many, many more times when we are in Turkey, thank you!!!
