Everything went well: the representative met me at Istanbul Airport in the parking lot, he was on the phone, so it was quick to find him. Then he took us to the office, where I signed the contract, paid the balance and received the car. The car itself was certainly not in the best shape (all defects were documented) and in minimal equipment (aux output and Bluetooth were missing, I could not put my music). On the road, the car did not let me down, even a little pleased with the low fuel consumption (1000 km on one tank passed). I rented in another city, in Antalya, I wrote the address of the office near the airport, took the car without problems and EVEN did not take money from me for travel on toll roads (and I drove half of Turkey on them). Drove me to the terminal. Rating = a solid 4+ (I took without a deposit, but with extra payment for delivery = $200+-).

Well, and take into account the difference in fuel costs. 2. I got a car with an empty tank. The rest of the mileage - 40 km. "The last client did it this way". Unseemly. Instead of going on your own business, you go straight to a gas station or an exchange office. At least 10 liters in the tank should be, ideally - full. 3. Terms of insurance. Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. Summary: Given the experience of renting a car in other countries, we can say that the service is not very good, but we can make a correction for the country in which all services are at such a level. Therefore, it is four. It may be worth to choose others, it is up to you.

everything went well. I was always in touch with the representative and he answered my questions promptly. Only, I didn't quite understand, if I had full insurance, did it cover disks, windows, etc.? When taking the car I didn't notice that one disk was a little bent, and when I turned in the car the manager started to check the data on the sheet where we noted the damage when taking the car. But then the manager looked at the photos taken earlier and said that everything was ok.
