The car was in excellent condition, clean both inside and out. The infotainment system supports Russian in its settings. The car had an empty tank, but there was a gas station 3 km from the airport. The air conditioning worked properly. A company representative contacted me on WhatsApp; the entire conversation was in English. I met him at the Dalaman Airport exit, and we signed the rental agreement there. The agreement was in Turkish and English. There was no photo inspection, but you can document any damage yourself. I returned the car at the airport as well. I paid for toll roads in cash. The employee gave the car a quick once-over, and since there was no damage, he took it back right away. It’s a good company; I recommend it.

The car was registered and signed the necessary documents within 15 minutes, everything was explained and shown in detail, the sticker for toll roads was already on the windshield. What is very important, full car insurance was included in the rental price. We paid $400 in cash with the understanding that the extra $85 would be used to pay for the toll roads. The car is Hyundai I20, with a mileage of 68000km, clean, well-maintained, in excellent technical condition. Traveled about 1500 km without any problems with the car. Enjoyed the trip, great roads and impressions! We had no problems at all with the return, the same very polite young man came and took the car very quickly. He quickly calculated toll roads for us and we paid the amount of tolls in liras. Next time we will definitely use the services of your company. Excellent service, I used it for the first time - for today it is the best first car rental! I rented a car in Turkey for 5 days cost 266$ + 710 liras (for toll roads). Rental conditions: - without deposit; - no mileage limit; - 0 deductible (i.e. full insurance). Picked up the car at SAW airport and returned there (it was convenient for me because we were going to the Black Sea coast and further, and returned under the return flight). At the airport met and took to the parking lot - back also. As for the car - I ordered Hyundai Tucson gasoline), we got an analog Jeep Renegade (diesel). I was satisfied with it because I initially chose from these models. The car was clean without any remarks.

Everything went well, if not to take into account some problems with communication (I had to communicate using an interpreter) I made the application on the Take Car website, the car was submitted from another company (they did not inform me about it in advance either) Instead of Renault they submitted an analog - Hundai Elantra, which was quite satisfactory for me...The transfer took place in the parking lot of Ist airport, at the pre-agreed time and the specified place in the airport parking lot, the registration was quick and easy, without unnecessary delays (no deposit, which was very pleasant!..). The final payment (additional payment for toll roads, etc.) in cash at the transfer of the car on the statement (shown on the phone) - I did not become picky to demand a printout (although I asked the day before in advance to send to my phone). Overall, everything went great. Thank you very much!... 🤝

Everything went well. Together with Renault Clio on mechanic, we were given Renault Megane on automatic (the car is higher class). The car is new, good, drove it half of Turkey and returned successfully back. If you don't wash the car, you have to pay for a car wash. (Didn't see it written anywhere, but I guessed). The insurance was with full CASCO, they didn't charge us extra money, only for washing and toll roads.

Everything is ok with the receipt and return. Technically and on the phone were the guys. The main problem was the replacement of the car with another one without prior notice, after the fact. Actually, we were interested in a very specific model and it was not provided. And in fact were put in a situation of impossibility of refusal (paid advance payment and putting in front of the fact of replacement). The season is not high, so doubly unpleasant.

Overall the rental went well. The car was not a Hyundai E20, but another Renault. The only downside was the process of getting the car. I arrived exactly at the appointed time listed on the website, but I had to wait outside for about two hours. Apparently they either forgot about my arrival or something happened. Mustafa, who was in charge, "faded" (disappeared) and found another firm. Through her, they too took a long time to sort things out, traveling and saying they would be "about to". In the end, the wait was prolonged and it was cold outside. The most frustrating part was they would not communicate the status on their own. I constantly had to write to them myself and find out where they were, when they would be, whether I should wait further or already contact another company and leave. That was the main disadvantage. Everything else was fine: - The car was turned in with a full tank. - When I received the tank was empty, I filled it up completely, but used a little less than half of it. We talked about this point when handing it over - there were no problems. - We also looked at how much extra we had to pay for toll roads, but in the end they just said the total amount without deciphering it. All in all, good. However, they did not bring me a Citroen, but an Opel Crossland. Overall, it made no difference to me. The car was new and clean. Didn't cause any problems. Except that the almost empty tank at delivery is very unaccustomed. It was a little bit difficult to get together with the person who gave the car. In the first place, there were intermediate intermediaries, in the second person hardly spoke English (I ended up calling so that it was faster to agree). The contract is in Turkish, the employee who gave the car did not answer very well even with an interpreter and was in a hurry - I never realized whether my conditions for hull insurance were in line with the order or not. On the car itself - I had to pump up the wheels, good thing there is such an opportunity at gas stations. Among the unexpected surprises - summer tires in January (can I write it off to the region of issue?), which limited my choice of travel destinations (Cappadocia was canceled immediately due to snowfall). I'd also like to know in advance that you have to pay for parking at the airport (antalya) when leaving the airport. Little chance people won't have a card/liras at the moment.

I bought a car through this company in November 2025. No deposit, no credit cards, I paid cash on the spot. When I didn't have time to rent the car, I had no problem extending the rental for another day just by paying extra for an extra day. They say that they have both hull and hull insurance coverage (there was no case to check, and it is good). When I rented the car, they did not check for scratches. I got the car, which I chose, mileage is only 17 thousand, everything worked, clean, comfortable. Transponder built in, we drove on toll roads, drove in the lane for transponders. Then, when we turned the car in, we just paid for the tolls. On the downside, there was no phone holder and no usb socket for charging into the cigarette lighter. But they are almost never and no one has them. You have to take them with you. The car is given with an empty tank, but in the new airport, where we took it, the gas station is right at the exit from the parking lot (though you need lira - my Belarusian visa and mastercard did not work). I am very happy that I found this company, I will use it myself and recommend it to my friends.

The rental was great, always in touch. I received the car at Istanbul airport in 5 minutes without any problems, and gave it back there in 5 minutes as well. The only nuance I got a Renault Clio 4 generation (also 1.5 diesel), instead of Renault Clio 5 generation, but in general the terms of the lease allows such a change. Despite the fact that the Renault was not the first freshness (2019 year of release) absolutely no problems have not arisen, drove more than 800 km to the Aegean Sea and back , consumption of about 5 liters. Definitely recommend and will use the rental service again in the future. (No deposit, full insurance and unlimited mileage is great). Thank you :)
