It took us a long time to find a car at the airport and we had to pay for parking at the airport (we were asked to meet him at the airport exit with a sign)! I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.

1. We booked a car at the airport, but in fact we took a cab from the airport to our office. It is inconvenient with children and suitcases constantly overloaded. 2. Then when I ordered a cab for 16.00 from the rental office to the airport, the drivers started calling me at 4.00 am, mixing up the morning with the evening. 6. Further when I arrived at their office, I had to go up to their office and had to deal with the cab for a long time. 7. Further every 10 minutes I was told that in 5 minutes will be a cab to the airport, was late for 35 min car in the end. 8. In general, the service is lame, to put it mildly. 9. In exchange for the inconvenience of nothing offered, even took extra money for not getting gasoline in double the amount.

We ordered another vehicle with 7 seats, but Jetour was available. For me, as a lover of frame Japanese SUVs, it was an interesting experience. The car from the Celestial Empire turned out to be surprisingly new, quite fast, well controlled and fast. It lacked smoothness and spaciousness in the cabin, but for a week of new impressions more than enough! Loved the rental company, very friendly at drop off and pick up. It's just a pity they couldn't accept the full amount from the card (from Russian Federation), so next time I will prefer to pay the full amount through "Take Cars"
