Unfortunately, the chosen car was not available, but I was provided with a car of the same brand, a different model and an older year of manufacture. Overall everything was ok. My low beam bulb burned out, I replaced both bulbs at my own expense. Unfortunately, there was a convenient mount for a phone in the cabin, so I bought it and left it there. In terms of comfort and handling, the car was of good quality, albeit with a broken suspension, but... I drove on smooth roads, I didn’t feel it. The car was received and returned at the airport, everything was clear, as agreed. I hope that at least once your customers will receive exactly the car they chose on the website. When registering, I recommend that you send your clients by email, along with the voucher, some description of the traffic situation and discipline in the place where the car will be used, recommended car service, gas stations, car washes. This will make the tenant feel a little more confident. Thank you!!!!

Overall, it was okay, but with some reservations. We received a different car than the one we booked (a Hyundai instead of a Ford), but that wasn’t the issue. The car was in poor technical condition — the suspension was worn out, so we felt every bump on the road, and the tire treads were completely worn down. Communication with the rental company was through WhatsApp and went smoothly. We never met the owner in person — his sister handed us the car, and when returning it, we just had to leave it at the agreed location.

Well, the car was fine as the person at the office. BUT, according the order somebody from the rent had to wait me at the airport in Tirana at 19.30. My plain was in time 19.10 , but nobody waited for me. After almost 2 hours waiting I took a taxi and went to hotel in the center of Tirana. On the way I told my story to the driver and he told me that he knows where the office of my rental company and it is better to go back as I made some prepayment. We turned back and everything finished fine. The car was OK and the person in the office was very kind. But I got the car at 22.10 and 20 eu had to pay for taxi. 🥺 Regards

I rented a Chevrolet Epica on the site, but I was given a completely different, opel zemfir, I understand that it happens, but we did not really like the opel and to all this car was dirty inside, and on the back door on the driver's side lock does not work.
