There were no problems at first, but when we moved to another city, the problems started. We got a car that we had an accident on because the tire on the car was 15 years old and burst during a trip to Saranda. The tires were installed incorrectly because the tires were installed in pairs and they were not. Each tire was different. There was no emergency stop sign when the tire was replaced, which is a basic feature of the car. We had to pay 200 e for having old tires, no triangle and the resulting accident, and it was impossible to appeal despite police intervention. We would have been happy if it wasn't for the fact that we paid money for insurance that didn't really work. Contact with you or the landlord was good, but the experience with the rental company itself was not good.

The car was very dirty and the diesel was completely empty. We had to fill it up first. Then they demanded that we return the car clean and with a full tank, which we didn't because the guy who gave us the car said we could return it the same way.
