Exceptionally positive emotions: - quick pick-up at the airport, the ability to return in another place (returned to the parking lot of the hotel where they stayed before the flight to Burgas) - very fast confirmation (booked at 8am on the day of arrival) - the car is fully consistent with the photo (not an analogue) - favorable rental conditions (we additionally took insurance on the spot) - the deposit of 200 euros was returned immediately after the car was returned - a hybrid car, which is a huge plus, tk. gasoline consumption is very economical - the condition of the new car (very good equipment, many security systems)

everything was fine. The car is tired, but for such a cost the condition is adequate. From minuses, it is absolutely impossible to make overtaking, on the third gear gas in the floor and it alas did not accelerate.

I'm happy to share my experiences. The overall process was running smoothly. The colleagues were waiting for us at the exit of the airport. The car was in perfect condition exactly as it was pre-established at the website. It was parking next to the terminal. I was informed about all of the aesthetic damages in advance. It was especially comfortable being able to pay by credit card. The return of the car and getting back the deposit was also running smoothly even at a different airport. My car was realy bad :(, the AC was not working and one tire was flat after 15 min driving. I changed the tire and i drove the car like 3 days with the sparw tire. I recieved a new car, wich was okay. But at first Tryane (the person where i rent the car) was realy rude and angry :(. So i went to the place where they tried to fix the tire. I went there with a local person, because it felt like that they are would be more frindly if a local person would be there with me.

We ended up getting a Chevy. Everything went great. When ordering it was stated that there was basic insurance, that a deposit could be left by credit card. But it wasn't. Cash only. When we got it we paid 70 euros extra for the insurance. It turned out that there was only third party insurance. But we were exempted from the deposit. It was the first time I ordered on this site. We are often in Bulgaria and hope to use it again.
