Everything was very easy and they are super flexible. I arrived and picked up the car later, and later returned it later and then went to fill it up, all was okay. The staff was very good. Definitely recommend! The only thing I made a remark about is the child seat. It is old and not very cozy. Not critical, but in Bulgaria everything is cheap, you can buy something new for sure.
