The car was a year older than the one we had booked on the website, plus it had scratches and chips all around, the rear bumper was cracked. The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.

Everything went well with the rental. The car was clean and new for the money, and we also agreed on 1 insurance. That fully without deductible covered the risks. When we returned the car, there were also no problems, we returned it quickly, we were taken to the airport afterwards, and that was it.

1. there was no Opel corsa. It was fiat. 2. vendor ignored my message on site. 3. vendor ignored contacts I left on the site and called me in whats up. My friend was not having watsup at arrival, so it took time to connect. 4. vendor took $15 with idea "return clean car or I'll leave money", but because of accumulator was down I wasn't able to clean car and return my money 5. Accumulator was down at the day of car return. Vendor didn't detected it on the video, so he bought more fuel to try fix the issue and I've paid for it. Everything else was good. I was met at airport with a little delay. I was returned to airport at time, even since car was not moving because of accumulator so vendor came to me to take both car and me.

I booked the car a month before arrival. On the day of the rental I was contacted and arranged an appointment to hand over the car. The car fully corresponded to the description and photos from the website. I was handed over the car with a pts, the contract was formalized on the spot. The car was on mechanics, it was comfortable to drive. We drove around the city, in the suburbs and nearby cities, without problems. There were no questions about the technical condition of the rented car. On the last day of the lease I was also contacted and we agreed on the time of the transfer of the car. After inspection of the car I was returned the deposit. In general, I was satisfied with the service!
