The employee told us which counter to wait for him outside. He came for us in 10 minutes, we loaded into the car, and in 5 minutes we were already at their office. Then we made all the documents, the employee photographed the car from all sides, showed the nearest good gas station in the navigator, and we moved on our two-week journey. Communication was in English, also with the help of google translator. Handing over the car was even faster: we arrived at the company office late in the evening, an employee quickly inspected the car and took photos. I put one signature in the documents, then the employee drove us to the airport. This time the communication was in Russian, as the employee knew it. I took the car with full insurance, so there was no need to leave a deposit. The car is Hyundai i20, released two years ago, automatic transmission, gasoline. Clean inside and out. There was some minor damage on the rear bumper which was recorded on the contract. There were no problems with the car during operation, even without any difficulty we climbed it on the year Babadag to a height of 1700. In general, we had a great time in Turkey.

it was good. It was a nice guy. Also the the car is good, but to be honest, you need to give more information. Where is the meeting point to take the car? It was a hard for me to find the car and he came late. Even someone tried to trick me to take a taxi to your office but I didn’t take a taxi. Also, I recommend don’t give the car totally empty of petrol otherwise it’s perfect 👍🏼

The service is good - convenient. The landlord turned out to be incompetent. When handing over the car - they took photos from such an angle/angle that one of the damages on the passenger door was not visible on the photo. It is not the first time we rent a car and we know such attempts to deceive, so we made a photo of this place on our phone. When returning the car - the lessor pointed us to this damage and said that it was not at the transfer of the car - allegedly confirming his words by showing us the photos made, then the dialog he tried to build that you need to pay for the repair and now he will find out the cost, but to his great regret - we told him that this trick will not work with us, as we have a photo confirming that the car was issued to us with this damage, to his great regret and frustration, he had to give the deposit and we parted.

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.
