I rented a Fiat, not a reno Clio. There are 3 things I didn't like about it: 1. The rental cost was 437 dollars. On the spot it was boldly and without blinking an eye rounded up to 440. 2. When I turned in the car I was supposed to get back 60 dollars, instead the manager handed me 50 euros and said that he had no other options. 3. I handed in the car at the airport at 7 am, I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Renting a car in the early morning is a separate service and I paid 15 dollars for it. I agreed in advance on the place and time of car delivery. 30 minutes before arrival I wrote a message on WhatsApp. In fact, the person who takes the car arrived only at 7-30. That is, they took the money for the service, but did not bother to arrive on time.

My flight arrived 2 hours late, but a day before departure I sent the flight data to the rental office so they could see how things were with it. When I arrived I was met, but I was indignant that the flight was delayed and said that the reservation was lost. In the end he made it clear that because of the delay the car is no longer available, which is complete nonsense in my opinion .... In the end he gave the same Fiat, but with a manual, not an automatic and resented that the rental price is very cheap. Then asked for a credit card, I explained to him that the credit card is only RF bank and that you had written that no deposit. He said that yes there is no deposit, but you need a credit card. I offered to leave conditional 300 dollars in cash and that I will take them when I give the car at the end, he was not satisfied, in the end I had to issue hull insurance for 170-180 dollars.... Which is also some nonsense, because he just wrote with a pen that hull insurance paid on his sheet. They clearly have a hull insurance for a year.... The time was late, I had no desire to argue and no time either, I had to go further. So I paid an additional 170 dollars for the "hull insurance", got a mechanic car instead of an automatic for the same money and drove off.

On takecars, having chosen the maximum insurance (can't remember what it is called) I didn't get it. When renting a car, the lessor claimed that this type of insurance does not include glass, mirrors, etc. Paid an extra 5 euros for each day. Either he tricked me or really did not include - unclear. About the landlord. Met and escorted well. Quickly. The car technically ok. One, but a huge minus - smoky interior. Terribly smoky. The child seat is also dirty. I took the top off the seat and washed it. But the odor is a problem. Give feedback to the service to process the cabin, if they allow you to smoke in it. Smoke bomb costs pennies and solves the problem in 10 minutes.
