He didn't understand a word of Russian or English. Called someone to pass the phone. They refused to take the deposit from the card. Said that they will return a month or longer. Divorced on 100 dollars for full insurance. And still took a $300 cash deposit. Then the voice in the phone asked me to take the driver to the bus stop. The driver got behind the wheel and drove 9 km to the city center where it was convenient for him. There he left me in shorts, without a T-shirt and without a clue how to return to the hotel. I had to take a cab and follow the cab driver. On my return, the receiver immediately went under the car, that there was some damage. UNDER THE CAR!!!!!!! I've taken cars in over 40 countries. This is the first time this has happened. I hope it's the last time

From the negative - there was practically no fuel in the car after delivery, I did not pay attention to it, and when the light bulb came on I became nervous and looked for a gas station, filled up a full tank, not really understanding how much I would need and after renting left more than half of the tank to you without any payment. On renting a car. Used a Hyundai i20 rental and want to thank you for the clarity in time. Did not have to wait anywhere for the renter. Told/displayed everything. Showed maximum involvement on the first day of the car drop off. We were 3 adults and a child. Suitcases as a magician all laid out as neatly and quickly as possible. Very helpful. There were no complaints during the rental. There was 1 moment, but quickly got an answer. Also on the day the car was returned, the deposit was returned/car was given back.
