The booking process is simple, quick and clear. We were contacted quickly. Unfortunately, we did not have the car we wanted on the terms we chose. We were offered a replacement on slightly different terms. At the airport they were already waiting for us with a sign. We were escorted to the parking lot to the car. The process of registration and receipt of the car was quick and easy, but I contacted the renter in advance and sent all the data, so as not to waste time on the spot. We paid and made a deposit on the spot in cash $. We got a new car with a mileage of only 800km without problems and clean. The process of surrendering the car was also quick and easy, we were waiting at the entrance to the terminal, unloaded, gave the keys, received the deposit and said goodbye. In general we were satisfied. From the minuses: initially we booked a car without a deposit with full insurance. But there was no such thing and we took it with a deposit of 300$. It is not clear why the deposit, if there was also stated full insurance. There were doubts that the insurance is still full, in the rental form from the renter it was not very clear what kind of insurance. Thank God I didn't have to check and the deposit was returned immediately upon acceptance at the airport. Well, it has nothing to do with the process or the condition of the car, but the car is certainly designed for driving exclusively on horizontal surfaces, any rise is a pain for both it and the driver). I repeat, in general we were satisfied with everything. Thank you very much

He didn't understand a word of Russian or English. Called someone to pass the phone. They refused to take the deposit from the card. Said that they will return a month or longer. Divorced on 100 dollars for full insurance. And still took a $300 cash deposit. Then the voice in the phone asked me to take the driver to the bus stop. The driver got behind the wheel and drove 9 km to the city center where it was convenient for him. There he left me in shorts, without a T-shirt and without a clue how to return to the hotel. I had to take a cab and follow the cab driver. On my return, the receiver immediately went under the car, that there was some damage. UNDER THE CAR!!!!!!! I've taken cars in over 40 countries. This is the first time this has happened. I hope it's the last time

From the negative - there was practically no fuel in the car after delivery, I did not pay attention to it, and when the light bulb came on I became nervous and looked for a gas station, filled up a full tank, not really understanding how much I would need and after renting left more than half of the tank to you without any payment. Thanks for the lesson! If I need to rent a car again, I will gladly contact you again, but I will keep in mind the nuances of fuel).
