Since we do not know the airport of Istanbul, it was hard to understand where the representative of the rental company should be waiting for us. We tried to contact him, but we were constantly redirected to other managers, saying that they would help us there. After 2 hours of calls to different employees, it turned out that the representative of the company that was supposed to meet us left for the office. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back. Further on the road we had a technical question about the car. We had to wait 3 days for an answer. At the moment of handing over the car employees were not in a hurry to draw up the documents, as they were drinking tea. We were also promised to be taken to the airport, but no one was going to hurry here either. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes and did not explain the reason for the delay. We said that we had already started check-in for the flight, but we were just asked to wait. In the end it turned out that we were just waiting for one more person to bring him to the airport. It is clear that the lateness of this person is not the fault of the renter, but it was possible to explain the reason for the delay.

Pros: 1) The car is the one I chose. 2) It was delivered on time. 3) Checkout took little time. 4) Traveled all the way without incident. Cons: 1) Dirty windshield from inside, which made driving at night difficult. 2) Empty tank initially. 3) Employee didn't have change from a $300 bill even though I texted in advance. 4) Left rear tire was flat a third of the way down . 5) Right rear right strut is knocking. 6) Pads in calipers squeak. 7) The steering wheel is squeaky. 8) Dirty seats.

I bought a car through this company in November 2025. No deposit, no credit cards, I paid cash on the spot. When I didn't have time to rent the car, I had no problem extending the rental for another day just by paying extra for an extra day. They say that they have both hull and hull insurance coverage (there was no case to check, and it is good). When I rented the car, they did not check for scratches. I got the car, which I chose, mileage is only 17 thousand, everything worked, clean, comfortable. Transponder built in, we drove on toll roads, drove in the lane for transponders. Then, when we turned the car in, we just paid for the tolls. On the downside, there was no phone holder and no usb socket for charging into the cigarette lighter. But they are almost never and no one has them. You have to take them with you. The car is given with an empty tank, but in the new airport, where we took it, the gas station is right at the exit from the parking lot (though you need lira - my Belarusian visa and mastercard did not work). I am very happy that I found this company, I will use it myself and recommend it to my friends.

Everything went great! The staff of the rental company met us at the airport at night and brought us to the office nearby. They quickly inspected the car, completed the paperwork and we drove to Antalya! 3 days by car flew by quickly and full! The car is almost new and clean. Of course there were minor damages from the previous not careful renters.... What I liked very much is that there was half a tank of fuel! Did not have to urgently look for a gas station! Fiat was diesel, so I was happy with low fuel consumption! And it drove very well! If I did not know that it is a diesel with only 1.3 liter. would not believe it! All family members are very happy! My spouse even hinted that I should buy such a car for myself at home😆 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
