Unfortunately, the chosen car was not available, but I was provided with a car of the same brand, a different model and an older year of manufacture. Overall everything was ok. My low beam bulb burned out, I replaced both bulbs at my own expense. Unfortunately, there was a convenient mount for a phone in the cabin, so I bought it and left it there. In terms of comfort and handling, the car was of good quality, albeit with a broken suspension, but... I drove on smooth roads, I didn’t feel it. The car was received and returned at the airport, everything was clear, as agreed. I hope that at least once your customers will receive exactly the car they chose on the website. When registering, I recommend that you send your clients by email, along with the voucher, some description of the traffic situation and discipline in the place where the car will be used, recommended car service, gas stations, car washes. This will make the tenant feel a little more confident. Thank you!!!!

レンタカーは正直、とても簡単でスムーズな体験でした。ネットで予約したのですが、面倒な手続きもなく、最初から最後までエルシーダが連絡をくれて、とても親切でした。アルバニアに到着すると、私たちが同意する前からレディオが待っていてくれました！私たちはレンタル料と保証金の支払いを済ませ、念のため車のビデオを撮っておくように言われました。プジョー208を借りたのですが、この旅には完璧で、運転は本当にスムーズで、ブレーキもしっかりしていて安全でした。車にはまったく問題がなく、正直なところ、とても楽に旅をすることができた。旅の終わりに、エルシーダが市内中心部まで車を引き取りに来てくれたので、空港に戻る時間を大幅に節約できました。彼女は本当にフレンドリーで、ティラナで訪れるべき素晴らしい場所まで勧めてくれました！

overall it was good. Although we did not receive a Mazda, it became a Mercedes B class. Have to say the condition of the car and state of maintenance was very (very!) poor. This gave us a uncomfortable feeling while driving in the mountains. Communication with the owner was good though. Also when the car stopped working on our last day, he was there quite quickly and gave us another car. Baby seat was very poor and far from safe. Anyway, overall an OK experience but enough points to improve

パーキングセンサーが作動せず、駐車するたびにストレスを感じた。また、車の燃料は半分しか入っておらず、引き渡しの前にどれくらい入れたらいいのか、どうやってナビゲートすればいいのか。10リットル以上残っていたのに、誰もお金を返してくれなかった。全体的に車はいいのですが、これらの点が全体の経験を台無しにしました！
