Rental company was quite flexible with the pick up and drop off time, but the car’s horn wasn’t working and the left front wheel was making noise whenever it was driven. I made complain about this but nothing was done or said. Even though i opted for maximum(full) insurance, a damage that i didn’t cause was still pinned on me, thankfully i made a full video before driving the car which showed the damage was there before. But asides those i guess it was an okay experience. The rental process was straightfoward and simple on your website. And also the inside of the car was dirty when it was delivered.

everything went well, the car was very spacious even if there were only 2 of us. The driving of it was perfect, I would like to point out that the consumption was very very advantageous we spent around 110€ to do 1200km. The gentleman who knows how to take care of the delivery was kind and smiling. very good experience for us

まず第一に、空港で看板を掲げて待ち合わせを指定され（もしかしたら追加料金を払ったかもしれないが、正直覚えていない）、誰も出迎えてくれず、待ち合わせの連絡もなかったことだ。 電話で連絡を受けた後、私たちは地図上のポイントを与えられた。このポイントまで1.4キロ、スーツケースを持って暑い中徒歩で、私はプレートと空港で会議を命じたことを繰り返す 2.この地点に到着した私たちを待っていたのは、またしても誰もいなかった。電話がかかってきた後、待て、とにかく車はまだそこにない、と言われた。 3.40分後、2人の人が私たちのところに来た。その人たちは40分間ずっと私たちの周りを歩いていた。彼らは、シート・アルテアはない、別のものを用意すると言った（正直、どれを勧められたかは覚えていないが、とても小さいものだった）。私たちは大人4人と荷物があったので断り、本来はもっと大きな車を注文した。 4.4.その後、彼らは古いメルセデスを勧めてきた。 5.5.3日目にこの車が動かなくなり、レッカー車を呼んでガレージに運び、3-4時間かけて修理した。ガレージの近くにカフェはなく、何もなく、雨が降り、休息日は失われた。 6.結局、ティラナで車を引き渡すことにした。約束の時間になっても誰も来ない。車を駐車場に置くように言われた（それぞれ有料）。到着時間までの駐車料金も支払った。

すべてが順調で、大きな問題はなかったが、念のため、ポンプ、ラグレンチ、油圧ジャッキを車に積んでおくことを強く勧める。私たちはタイヤの空気圧が低かったのですが、最後には追加の空気を入れるだけですべてがうまくいきました。
