車は時間通りに納車された。車を引き渡した従業員は、すべてのことを詳しく説明し、質問に答えてくれた。車を返却する際の手続きについても教えてくれた。 返却が深夜になったにもかかわらず、特に難しいことはありませんでした。 車自体は年式が古いが、レンタル前に注意は受けていた。 しかし、技術的な部分に不満はありませんでした。すべて正常に作動し、調整されていました。 このレンタカーはお勧めできます。非常に便利。

Everything was very easy and they are super flexible. I arrived and picked up the car later, and later returned it later and then went to fill it up, all was okay. The staff was very good. Definitely recommend! The only thing I made a remark about is the child seat. It is old and not very cozy. Not critical, but in Bulgaria everything is cheap, you can buy something new for sure. Thanks!

Once again I was satisfied with the car rental. Getting a car at the airport was organized at the highest level. Documentation took a minimum of time. The technical condition of the car did not cause any complaints. There were no problems during the entire rental period. The return process was also quick and hassle-free. I recommend car rental from this company to everyone. Next time I will also use the services of this landlord!

We rented a car from 20.10.21 13:00 to 23.10.21 17:00 (4 days). Exceptionally positive emotions: - quick pick-up at the airport, the ability to return in another place (returned to the parking lot of the hotel where they stayed before the flight to Burgas) - very fast confirmation (booked at 8am on the day of arrival) - the car is fully consistent with the photo (not an analogue) - favorable rental conditions (we additionally took insurance on the spot) - the deposit of 200 euros was returned immediately after the car was returned - a hybrid car, which is a huge plus, tk. gasoline consumption is very economical - the condition of the new car (very good equipment, many security systems)

My car was realy bad :(, the AC was not working and one tire was flat after 15 min driving. I changed the tire and i drove the car like 3 days with the sparw tire. I recieved a new car, wich was okay. But at first Tryane (the person where i rent the car) was realy rude and angry :(. So i went to the place where they tried to fix the tire. I went there with a local person, because it felt like that they are would be more frindly if a local person would be there with me.
