He explained it by the fact that Citroen C3 had to be transferred to another client. The car was booked for 10 days, there were no complaints about the car or the company during this period. We took the car at the Sofia airport; by our arrival it was already in the parking lot. The car is new !!! Very economical and compact, which is important for parking in the city. The price, booking conditions and condition of the car were pleasantly different from other rental companies. We rented a car in an office near the center of Sofia.

Regarding what I asked to cross borders to Turkey, I was provided with exit documents, but not all because of this my entry to Turkey was rejected and the money was not returned. As I understand it, when you order a service, it must be completed, otherwise a refund. What hasn't been done.
