The car was booked for 10 days, there were no complaints about the car or the company during this period. We took the car at the Sofia airport; by our arrival it was already in the parking lot. The car is new !!! Very economical and compact, which is important for parking in the city. The price, booking conditions and condition of the car were pleasantly different from other rental companies. We rented a car in an office near the center of Sofia.

Regarding what I asked to cross borders to Turkey, I was provided with exit documents, but not all because of this my entry to Turkey was rejected and the money was not returned. As I understand it, when you order a service, it must be completed, otherwise a refund. What hasn't been done.

I'm happy to share my experiences. The overall process was running smoothly. The colleagues were waiting for us at the exit of the airport. The car was in perfect condition exactly as it was pre-established at the website. It was parking next to the terminal. I was informed about all of the aesthetic damages in advance. It was especially comfortable being able to pay by credit card. The return of the car and getting back the deposit was also running smoothly even at a different airport. I was fully satisfied with the service, the company is highly recommended! I'll use their service again when visiting Bulgaria! Best regards, László
