It was ok. The person who rented a car was easy to reach. He replied immediately. The car was picked-up in the city center where it was also returned to the owner. So no problems with that part. What concerns the car it had some visible damages and the general condition of the car could be better. However it was ok, taking in consideration that the car was needed only for one day.
