I left a request and paid for the Renault Clio car rental. But at the airport they gave me a Dacia Sandero car without giving any reason. In general, I am satisfied with the service, there were no problems, but these are cars of different quality and convenience, and the price remained the same. The car is good, without significant damage, the interior is clean, although the steering wheel is badly worn.

In general, I have no questions about the service and the site. The manager contacted me in a day and everything went smoothly. But then something went wrong. First, we booked a Peugeot and the day before the date of car pick-up they wrote to us that Peugeot 308cc had problems with electronics, they offered to replace the car. Well, what to do, it happens - we agreed. Then it turned out, as I understood, that the problem was solved, because in case of confirmation of the replacement, we had to get in touch with us again. Didn't come out. So they fixed it, approx. In the morning of September 15, they contacted me and clarified the coordinates of where to submit the car. According to the plan, at 13:00 they were supposed to submit. But the car didn’t come. At 13:30 I was contacted and informed that the police took the car together with the driver ... In general, everything is wrong with this car. My personal opinion is that the problem is different, since they initially offered a replacement, apparently someone else armored this car and the guys got out .. Well, okay. As a result, we were provided with a replacement and in the evening at 20:00 15.09 they brought us another convertible

Всё было отлично, только машину привезли с пустым баком. Нам пришлось искать заправку, что оказалось не так-то просто, мы потеряли на этом час где-то. Девушка, которая привезла машину, даже не знала бензин это или дизель. Ну и из-за того, что бак был пустой, рассчитать топливо было нереально. Я заправил полный и потерял где-то 40 евро, потому что машина оказалась экономная, и мы не использовали и половины.

Awesome and super economy car although it is quite fast. It took 0.5 of tank to drive across Montenegro which is sick! Renters were always online, met us at the airport, and the car was provided completely clean! I'll highly recommend their service and particular this car! (it worth it) P.S. hope you opened the car successfully xD.
