Volkswagen Golf 7
フォルクスワーゲン・ゴルフ7ではなく、パサートが運ばれてきた。ゴルフが壊れたとのことだった。もう1台の車にはまったく満足していたし、車をくれた人もとても親切でフレンドリーだったが、大きさがまったく違うので、事前に車の変更について知っておくとよかったと思う。それ以外は全くコメントなし

車は時間通りに納車され、引き取りもあった。車の代金をカードではなく現金で支払うように言われたのが気に食わなかった。また、なぜか洗車代として10ユーロを差し引かれました。レンタカーを借りた後、洗車代を客が払うというのは初めてです。

今まで経験したレンタカーの中で最悪だった。 最初からストレスと問題ばかりでした。オンライン予約のプロセスでは一切触れられなかったのに、10ユーロの追加保険に加入させられた。このやり方は誤解を招くし、容認できない。 さらに、空港で車を直接返却できることに口頭で同意していた。しかし、到着後、それは不可能であることを知らされた。 御社は非常に小さく、取るに足らない会社であるため、2つの空港のいずれかでレンタカーを受け取ることができないだけでなく、レンタカーを返却することも、少なくともそこに車を置いておくこともできないことが判明しました。 その結果、空港でレンタカーを返却するために、出発日に別のレンタカー会社で追加のレンタカーを予約せざるを得なかった。これは私たちに不必要なコストとストレス、不便をもたらした。 特にモンテネグロのような小さな国では、シンプルで信頼できるレンタカーサービスを期待する人が多いのです。

全体的にうまくいった。シトロエンC4の代わりに、VWゴルフ7を借りたのですが、これは似たようなもので、適切な代物でした。ピックアップも返却もスムーズで、レンタカーの担当者と合意したとおりに進みました。連絡も迅速で助かりました。 唯一指摘したいのは、予定より2日早く車を返却したのですが、未使用日数分の再計算や返金は受けられなかったことです。

i rented car by localcarhires.com and it was perfect! The price was really competitive, the quality of the car was very high and the most important the support of the manager was awesome! Mrs Anna helped me with all the booking and payment (as the rental included crossboarding) -all experience was perfect:) And of course now I’m one of the fans of localcarhites and i’m recommending it to all my friends:)

Everything was perfect. I forgot my phone in the car and one of the employees was kind enough to turn around and return it to me, and even though I tried to compensate the effort, she didn’t accept the money I offered in return. Definitely recommend.
