まあ、合格点でした🙂。 良かった点：チャイルドシート付きで、説明通りの構成の車を入手できた。エアコンもライトも作動していた。デポジットも取られなかった。さらに、追加料金なしで予約より1時間遅れて車を返却しました。 マイナスポイント：空港で30分も待たされた。若い男性2人が車を持ってきてくれたが、荷物を運ぶのをほとんど手伝ってくれなかった（私たちは女性2人と子供1人の会社だった）。レンタル契約書を発行する際、私が追加で支払ったCDWをフルに記載するのを忘れたので、彼らに思い出させなければならなかった。お釣りがなかったので、5ユーロ多く払った（車を返すときに誰も会わなかったので、返してもらえなかった。）運転席は汗臭く、不快だった。車のシステムには、タイヤ、ブレーキランプ、スタート／ストップシステムについて感嘆符が表示されていた。それと、チャイルドシートはかなり使い込まれていた。 というわけで、全般的には、車は機能的で、私が注文したものはすべて提供されましたが、スムーズな経験ではありませんでした。
