Disadvantages: poor illumination of the dipped beam, it was difficult to see in the tunnels and the foglights had to be turned on, for which the police stopped on the first evening, threatened with an official fine of 90 euros, agreed on the spot for 20 euros. When the car was handed over, I was warned that the fog lights cannot be turned on, but I did not think that it was so serious. Accepted the car without any questions or delays, superficially examined, returned the deposit of 100 euros and that's it.

The whole reservation process was hassle-free. Very nice email and WhatsApp contact. The vehicle was fine so far and didn't cause any problems while driving. Unfortunately, the car was not fully fueled when it was handed over. It is difficult to return a vehicle with the same tank level. Unfortunately, the driver with the rental car at the port in Kotor was about half an hour late for the handover. As a local, you should actually be able to estimate the local traffic and the time required. He was not on time at the time of return either. We were told over the phone to just park the car in the parking lot, lock it and put the key in the trunk. Which is what we did. Afterwards we noticed that the driver didn't have a spare key with him. Apparently we shouldn't have locked the car, but left it open. But we would still rent a vehicle from the company again, because overall the price-performance ratio is right.
