どうだった？ 車の受け渡しのプロセス自体が明確で快適でした。) 車自体の外観はあまり良くなかったです：フロント全体に傷があり、左のバンパーはウィングから外れていました、ギアノブ周りのカバーは「裂けて」いました、サロンのベント.グリルは壊れていました。( そして、エンジンをかけると不快な臭いがした。 レンタカー屋に連絡すると、彼は「大丈夫だ」と安心させてくれた。 しかし、当初は不安があった。 このような外見的な欠陥があったにもかかわらず、車はレンタル期間中ずっときちんと走っていた！ 全体的に： プロセスの構成が素晴らしく、すべてが明確です。 今後は、事前に車の写真をお願いするようにしました。

everything went well. I was always in touch with the representative and he answered my questions promptly. Only, I didn't quite understand, if I had full insurance, did it cover disks, windows, etc.? When taking the car I didn't notice that one disk was a little bent, and when I turned in the car the manager started to check the data on the sheet where we noted the damage when taking the car. But then the manager looked at the photos taken earlier and said that everything was ok.
