Picked up a Renault Taliant in Istanbul. On the day of pickup an employee met me at the airport and escorted me to the parking lot. The registration was done in 10 minutes. But we had to wait another 15 minutes for the car, but it was worth it. We rented a Peugeo 2008, 2023, with 23000 km of mileage. It was a delight to drive the car with cruise control, the first day 800 km without fatigue. Of the good: - expectations of the car matched the offer; - prompt response to messages on watsapp upon arrival at the airport; - quick transfer from the airport to the pickup site; - attentive and polite staff; - possibility to leave a deposit in cash. From the unpleasant: - Long wait (over half an hour) for the trasfer from the car return site to the airport (didn't expect to spend that much time on it). From personal inflated expectations: - The employees of the pickup point incorrectly oriented in the fuel consumption, as a result there were 10 liters in the tank (it would be great if the extra fuel would be compensated by a reduction in the toll road payment).

ロシア出国時のトラブルで、空港と納車時間の変更にも普通に対応してくれました。 車自体の状態も良く、清潔で、何も問題なく、車を受け入れてくれ、ホテルまで送ってくれました。 1つ小さな欠点があります。 1)罰金があり、出発後に支払わなければならなかった。 でも、いつも電話で連絡をくれたり、私たちに会いに来てくれたりしたのはとても嬉しかった。

It didn't go well with my lease! They charged me a lot of extra money before I turned the car in. For the car wash was one. I drove on toll roads, then I was shown a receipt of payment, I agreed to it. Next, they said that most likely you were somewhere else, and that the system displays it after 3 days. and that because these charges are not yet in the system, you have to pay double the price. This is their way of insuring that they don't have new accruals coming to them in a couple of days. My arguments and timing that in the system find all the payment points that I crossed they did not take!
