アクシデントに見舞われ、すぐに別の車に乗り換えたため、この車には乗らなかった。すべて良かったのですが、デポジット返却の手数料（10%）が大きかったのだけが残念でした。

Everything went fine, the only thing I didn't understand was that the deposit for 21 is blocked, it wasn't announced on the website. If I knew about it I wouldn't have waited for the rental company to return the car, I guess I could have left the keys in the car. And that we had to wait for them for about 30 minutes, and in the end it is not clear why. But in general everything is great
