I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception. We provided a photo via whats app, in response we received "ok" and left the keys at reception. In general, everything worked out super !

Then when I ordered a cab for 16.00 from the rental office to the airport, the drivers started calling me at 4.00 am, mixing up the morning with the evening. 6. When handing over the car, the receiver wanted to divorce me for 20 adh for gasoline, although there was more in the tank than when I took the car. After my mentioning the terms of the contract in terms of gasoline "same to same" there were no more questions. And it is also very inconvenient that the acceptance of the car takes place in a city parking lot, a place in which it is quite problematic to find. Besides, there is a chance to get a fine for unpaid parking. At the same time, the office has an underground parking lot. It is unclear why it cannot be used for pickup and drop-off.

When handing over, similarly, they didn't look for anything on purpose, moreover, it turned out that I didn't fill up the fuel, thinking that I was handing over the car with 50% level, they said that 60% I started to resist, they eventually forgave :D When I finally found the photo, saw that there was a real misunderstanding and it was 60% I gave the driver the amount for fuel, thinking that they themselves will solve everything, but he refueled it and sent me the photo and the receipt :D I thought he will take to himself on Tips already. Also the car was in the dust so to speak, I wiped what I could, but still, although the requirement to return the car clean! But that's sometimes very difficult after a trip through the desert. I told about it earlier, they said it's OK. P.S.. By experience of delivery and return, it is better to take and put the car yourself if possible, otherwise the terms in Dubai are not predictable.
