唯一、車を受け取る時間を2時間ずらさなければならなかったが、別の車（少し上のクラス）に変更してくれた。引き渡しも快適だった。唯一の欠点は、レンタカーセンターの誰も英語を話せなかったことですが、彼らは指で解決してくれました）。

Overall I liked the service. Practically everything was as described on the website. The only thing was that there were some problems with the car we booked. We were offered another one, with a small additional payment. In the end, I was satisfied with the rental.
