A large share of the fleet additionally includes Full Damage Waiver (FDW — zero excess), Theft Protection (TP) and Personal Accident (PA). Not at the moment. Cross-border travel to Oman and Saudi Arabia is currently unavailable on our UAE catalogue — it requires a special No Objection Certificate (NOC) and an extended insurance policy. If the route is important for your trip, please contact our support team before booking and we'll check whether an individual arrangement is possible.

Yes. Our UAE catalogue includes cars that accept cash, a debit card or a credit card for the deposit, plus cars that require no deposit at all. Use the 'Payment method' filter in search, or open the 'Deposit' block on a car card to see which methods that specific car accepts.

Traffic fines in the UAE are registered against the car's number plate, so the rental company receives them first and then passes the charge on to you, together with a small administrative fee (typically AED 50–100). Fines can take 2–4 weeks to appear after your rental ends, so keep your payment card valid for that period.
