The car is burning a bunch of errors, the bumper was not fixed properly (fixed it myself when it began to sail strongly in the road and make an unpleasant sound). At one of the parking lots the ulems from the battery came off, the car stopped starting. There was a problem with the hood closing. And probably the most important thing - the car can be normally traveled on normal roads. We drove from Vlora to Saranda on a road that goes uphill - the car just wouldn't go. The speed uphill is 5-10 km per hour. It was a little bit exciting. But then again, as it stands, so it goes)

I had a couple of unpleasant situations. 1. the car was not a Ford Fiesta, but I got a different car. 2. For a car seat we paid 50 euros, but the seat did not correspond to the necessary age, as the seats we needed were defective, respectively during the rental period we could not use the car seat. 3. We asked to return our car to the airport as we had a 6 month old baby and it was uncomfortable to move around, but they still did not agree even against the payment. 4. Fines were deducted without our consent (fine for returning the car dirty, but the car was still in poor condition when we received it). 5. The deposit amount has not been returned to this day. 6. We recommended takecars.com to 2 friends who also had unpleasant situations with cars other than the requested ones, with cars in which the air conditioning system was not working.

everything was not so bad, the car took us across the country about 1000 km. However, I have to say that it was probably the worst car I have ever driven in my life. The oil warning light kept beeping, the steering wheel was pulling to the right, which meant I had to constantly swerve to the left. The seats were dirty and our white t-shirts were stained. There was a broken headlight and more. But I want to say positively that I was very satisfied with the service. On the second day I complained that the car smelled like diesel and the mechanic came and fixed it the same day. Also, all the staff were very friendly.
