They changed a few things like finally the car was a Volkswagen Polo, they picked us up from the airport but didn't deliver the car until the day after... but the communication with Aldi was excellent and also we used a lot of petrol and very little and they refunded us the remaining money, I thought that was a wonderful action on their part that made us recommend them 100% without any doubt. We ended up very happy. Thank you very much!

The experience was not good at all. They gave us an old car, without headlights and full of damage. We took photos of the car but it was difficult because the sun did not allow for clear photos. We do not complain so as not to waste time on our vacation. The worst thing was when we handed it over that they wanted to make us guilty of one of the attacks that we had not committed. Furthermore, a group of 4 boys and 1 girl wanted to force us to pay €350 and they would not return our suitcases (they were inside the car). Finally we were able to enlarge one of the videos we had recorded and we were able to verify that that blow was already there when they gave us the car. The situation was very unpleasant.

Fiat Panda 4x4 in Albania
Panda was not 4x4 but a normal Panda with no AC and zero possibility to lock with the key. The local support replace the car after 3 days with a ford Fiesta. Unfortunately, after 24 hour we received an alert by the engine light. The support replace also this car with another Panda…. So, in my opinion those care was pure thrash but the local support was always kind and professional with us. best

Everything went fine But it was not and Audi We rented an Audi But they showed up with a Golf Airbag light on Motor light on Abs light on Didn't lock all the door Drivers window did not open I was to switch cars Which they did They came with another Golf With the same lights on, but the doors locked and window was working Car ran fine the whole time ntw And the owner was very nice all the time

Car was ready at the airport beforehand there was clear communication on whats app where they were. In the trunk was a jerrycan with water and there was engine oil should there be anything wrong it was handy to have this on hand. Well thought was fortunately not necessary. We had agreed that they would pick up the car from us in Sarande, unfortunately there was no time to meet and we left the keys at the hotel by mutual agreement. Because of this we could not get the deposit back but it was neatly and directly transferred to us. We had great weather in April and touring in a convertible along the coast is then absolutely great.
