We had no problem with the car, actually we were very satisfied. We got in touch with the local company before arriving to Albania and agreed on everything. The employees of the company were helpful and ready to help us, adjust to our requests. They even brought the car to a slightly different place (20 min drive) The car was in the end Kia Stonic (the same group as Hyundai i20) but they informed me about the change in due course and it was a new car, automat as in the contract and was ideal for the roads there

Everything went just fine !!! I liked that we were met at the airport and immediately taken to the car and we did not waste time looking for it in the parking lot. The manager spoke excellent English, we completed all the documents on the spot in 5 minutes and hit the road! Also, there were no problems with returning the car. I threw off our geolocation to the manager and he approached the car within 5 minutes! On the spot we were returned a deposit of 50 euros and EVERYTHING !!! Good service and most importantly no deposit !!!

It was ok, but we where suprised that the car was not very clean. There was a mold on passingers seat belt. In general car was in good condition and was easy to drive with. Communication with owner was easy and pleasent.

Very bad First they gave me the wrong car. The engine light was on the whole time, they said it was the right one. I asked for a discount as the car was much lower class. Then they didn't want to bring it to the airport, even though it was paid for. In the end they refused to take it to the airport either. And they wouldn't return the discount we agreed on for the replacement car. Only threats of police forced to return the discount. The car was dirty and dusty inside.

I pick up the car in Tirana 40 minutes later becouse the guy was late. The car wasn' t cleaned up and with empty fuel. After 300 km the car shows me to fill AD blue but the problem was in tube or dpf filter..I had to visit servis in Ksamil and the service man told me that. I can send you pictures. But I caused a small demage to the front bumper, the demage was estimated at 130 eur which I also paid..🙂 I think that they have to check out the car before pick up by customer and they have to be sure that the car is clean and suitable for travelling

Can’t recommend him enough if I’m honest. It was a very seamless transaction, the website was very easy and convenient to use. Especially being able to contact the rental agency immediately. I was originally a little nervous of renting as it was my first time in Albania, but it was an amazing experience and it couldn’t have gone any better and stress free for me. Really appreciate it. 😊
