I was supposed to rent this car, but after paying the rent I was told that the car was free. I was offered another car, in the end I accepted, since I had already paid for it. Overall I was happy, I was surprised that the person who handed over the car did not speak English, but we got along. I expected the car to be filled to the brim, but it was not, so I had to fill it up right away. The car was good, old, but it drove well. Overall I was happy.

31 July – 7 August 2025 Everything was fine. At first, I didn’t get the car I had chosen, because the first rental company I selected didn’t have the vehicle available on the date I wanted, even though their website listed it as available. In the end, I didn’t take it as a problem, since the intermediary takecars quickly offered me another alternative: a different rental company and a different car for the same price, with full insurance coverage. Communication with both takecars and the rental company itself was very good and fast. The car I eventually received was flawless. Picking it up and returning it was also without any issues. The only thing that could be pointed out was a slightly weaker air conditioning system, but that’s not the fault of the rental company or takecars—it’s probably just how Chinese cars come from the factory. I recommend it.

The truth is that it was not the best of sensations...to begin with, I seem to remember that we chose the Full-full fuel option and they delivered it to us with only a few km and to return we had to adjust the quantity; It also had a bad reverse gear and it was very difficult to put it in, which was not very safe and then we did not know that they managed private vehicles. For the rest, they tried to make the management as good as possible and after other difficulties in understanding each other, everything was arranged well. Overall good, but I would like more transparency from the beginning... Thank you.

Car was ready at the airport beforehand there was clear communication on whats app where they were. In the trunk was a jerrycan with water and there was engine oil should there be anything wrong it was handy to have this on hand. Well thought was fortunately not necessary. We had agreed that they would pick up the car from us in Sarande, unfortunately there was no time to meet and we left the keys at the hotel by mutual agreement. Because of this we could not get the deposit back but it was neatly and directly transferred to us. We had great weather in April and touring in a convertible along the coast is then absolutely great.

Excellent service. Artur was very kind and punctual. We took a Ford Fiesta for 6 days, there was no problem with the car. You get full fuel and a clean car and have to bring it back in same condition. Great prices. Highly recommended!

I can not say it was good.becouse last minute, in airport they changed the car and gave hatchback instead of sw. They said sw car is not working. And as you know hatchback cars are not comfortable for 5 person and the luggage.and also we pay 50euro for nightime delivery. This wasnt in the account
