Everything went just fine !!! I liked that we were met at the airport and immediately taken to the car and we did not waste time looking for it in the parking lot. The manager spoke excellent English, we completed all the documents on the spot in 5 minutes and hit the road! Also, there were no problems with returning the car. I threw off our geolocation to the manager and he approached the car within 5 minutes! On the spot we were returned a deposit of 50 euros and EVERYTHING !!! Good service and most importantly no deposit !!!

The owner of the rental car was very friendly, helpful and patient, not only when picking up and returning, but if there were any questions, they were so kind to help you as best they could. They shared all the information in advance and what could have been a good favor on your part from takecars was to arrange the contract in advance, especially in case all the insurance and everything else was paid in advance. The car was very reliable and did what was expected, giving us a safe and beautiful trip around Albania.

There was one issue at the end – we parked the car in a private parking spot (with Indrit’s approval), but then we received a fine because he apparently didn’t pick up the car. That was a bit annoying. Otherwise: everything was great!

Rental company was quite flexible with the pick up and drop off time, but the car’s horn wasn’t working and the left front wheel was making noise whenever it was driven. I made complain about this but nothing was done or said. Even though i opted for maximum(full) insurance, a damage that i didn’t cause was still pinned on me, thankfully i made a full video before driving the car which showed the damage was there before. But asides those i guess it was an okay experience. The rental process was straightfoward and simple on your website. And also the inside of the car was dirty when it was delivered.
