The car was washed, it looked like in the pictures, on the last day of the rental, a message appeared in the car to add oil to the engine, Mr. Armand was under the car in 15 minutes and added engine oil so that we could still go to Durres. The car itself, Audi A6, is very comfortable and accelerates quite efficiently, it also has a reversing camera which helps with parking in the city. I have to point out that we got an alternative car (Ford Fiesta with a 15 min delay) and not Golf 5, which was a bit of a surprise, since I didn't expect that to happen.
