Unfortunately it was a really bad experience, because the car was broken (the entire electric system) so I had several issues during the three days I had the car.... Basically it kinda ruined my vacation in Albania... The renter (Aldi) was nice, he payed me the bus to go back to Tirana from Saranda (because the car was completely dead), and payed me the taxi to go back to the airport.... But actually I payed 168 euro for the car and it was given to me already broken... Very bad experience...at least I should have had back the money for all the problems it brought to me (fisical and mental)...

At one of the parking lots the ulems from the battery came off, the car stopped starting. There was a problem with the hood closing. And probably the most important thing - the car can be normally traveled on normal roads. We drove from Vlora to Saranda on a road that goes uphill - the car just wouldn't go. The speed uphill is 5-10 km per hour. It was a little bit exciting. But then again, as it stands, so it goes)

Overall, it was okay, but with some reservations. We received a different car than the one we booked (a Hyundai instead of a Ford), but that wasn’t the issue. The car was in poor technical condition — the suspension was worn out, so we felt every bump on the road, and the tire treads were completely worn down. Communication with the rental company was through WhatsApp and went smoothly. We never met the owner in person — his sister handed us the car, and when returning it, we just had to leave it at the agreed location.

My low beam bulb burned out, I replaced both bulbs at my own expense. Unfortunately, there was a convenient mount for a phone in the cabin, so I bought it and left it there. In terms of comfort and handling, the car was of good quality, albeit with a broken suspension, but... I drove on smooth roads, I didn’t feel it. The car was received and returned at the airport, everything was clear, as agreed. I hope that at least once your customers will receive exactly the car they chose on the website. When registering, I recommend that you send your clients by email, along with the voucher, some description of the traffic situation and discipline in the place where the car will be used, recommended car service, gas stations, car washes. This will make the tenant feel a little more confident. Thank you!!!!

We had no problem with the car, actually we were very satisfied. We got in touch with the local company before arriving to Albania and agreed on everything. The employees of the company were helpful and ready to help us, adjust to our requests. They even brought the car to a slightly different place (20 min drive) The car was in the end Kia Stonic (the same group as Hyundai i20) but they informed me about the change in due course and it was a new car, automat as in the contract and was ideal for the roads there
