タイヤは深刻な修理が必要な状態だった。さらに、車は不潔な状態で引き渡されたため、自分で掃除せざるを得なかった。私の努力にもかかわらず、車を返却する際、私は再度洗車代を支払うよう指示された。金銭的な面でも、契約書に記載された条件が守られていなかった。私は車を予約するために153ラリの前金を支払い、車を受け取ったときに867ラリを追加で支払うことに同意した。これに反して、私は1,100ラリを請求され、契約書には保険料が含まれていると記載されていたにもかかわらず、予想外の300ラリの保険料を請求された。全体として、満足のいくサービスとはほど遠いものだった。さらに、スピード違反の切符を何枚か切られるという問題もあったが、オーナーはそれに対処したと主張した。しかし、私は国境審査でこれらの違反切符の支払いについて質問され、オーナーが対処したと伝えたので、これを確認することはできない。 さらに、私はスピード違反切符を処理する目的で、オーナーに余分なお金を提供した。

Everything went perfectly, the car was in very good condition, especially considering its year and mileage. Over the weekend we drove almost 1000 km through the most beautiful places in Georgia. The car was not 2008 but 2005, the condtion is bad, in the middle of the trip some kind of signals lit up, the brakes creaked, twitched when used. Hit the bumper somewhere on the road , did not notice ourselves, only when returned the car they noticed it and kept half of the deposit. But the guys themselves were good in communication, always available for help and answered all questions. In general, we drove where we wanted, but the negative sides remained. In general, 3 out of 5.
