The process was very smooth in terms of user experience on the platform. I got the car few hours later than I was supposed to, because it was returned dirty and had to be cleaned. But the team apologized many times and extended my rental accordingly free of charge. So overall I was happy with the service, and have recommended it to my friends visiting Georgia.
