1.車🚘は良かった-良く走った。 2.納車と帰りのイベントが悪かった。 3.ドライバーは配達に1時間遅れ、車は不潔で満タン以下だった。これらの遅れは私たちの休暇に迷惑をかけた。 4.4.返却の際、返却日を前日に変更したが、レンタル料金の値下げはなかった。 5.5.レンタカーを受け取った男性が気難しく、半分の満タン給油にクレジットカードではなく現金を要求し、お金がないと言われた。 6.非常にプロフェッショナルではない

Unfortunately, it was snowing really hard, the car was covered in snow and the roads were really slippery so we didn't use the car much at all. The transaction was smooth no complaints. Honestly don't know if the road was really bad or there was something wrong with the tyres but it was very slippery so the driving experience was not very good so 4 out of 5.
