The online booking went very smoothly. The communication about the drop off was good. The delivery of the car, check out process and condition of the car went smoothly. The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. This way I knew what to expect and it meant the driver and I had the same expectations already. My main point of critique, would be the end of the rental. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.

I received a different car than I ordered. The vehicle had a fluid leak into the cabin. Everything on the floor was wet. At the end I was charged $20 for dirty car carpet. I do not recommend.

Everything went well. Nice owner, great communication. Car was clean and with a full tank of fuel. One point off for the technical condition of the car. Our Subaru was on completely worn out winter tires. Strongly felt the problems with braking. (when braking the car drove sideways).
