Except for a slight misunderstanding in the process, everything ended well and constructively, thanks to the owner of the car.

12:00に納車を予約した。 11:30に電話すると、車は洗車場にあるから20分遅れるとのこと。 12:30になっても車はそこになく、彼らは事前に納車場所を把握していなかったことが判明し、私たちはクタイシではなく、15分ほど離れた隣村で車を受け取ることになった。 その結果、車が運ばれてきたのは13:00になってからだった。 車自体は問題なかったが、サービスがあまりよくなかった。

The vehicle (Rav4) was delivered exactly as per arrangement by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The vehicle was clean and in very good mechanical state. Really a pleasure to drive and to explore almost any road in Georgia. Collection of the vehicle was again without any hassle. Unfortunately, at the very end, when it was 15 km away from the overtaking car, a stone flew in and made a chip on the front window. Because of this the person who took the car returned 140 GEL (in dollars) instead of 300 GEL.
