The car is quite okay but steep climbs are challenging. Two seats at the back of the car are not suitable for adults, so the car is basically for 5 people. Communication with responsible person is possible via WhatsApp. We had to leave 100 euro deposit in cash even if our booking supposed to be without DEPOSIT. You need to count with 10 euro extra for car washing even if you wash the car by yourself.

We are very happy with our car rent and our whole stay. To count in the service we got when the car didn't start one day, an absolute 5. - Easy to get in touch with. - Very good service even very far away from Tbilisi. - good quality car. - very well kept car. - personal and helpful staff at airport and over phone. Full pot for these once. Used to live in Spain and helped Swedes there finding good rental but it is not always easy. The company we rented from has got recommendation from us both over our web-networks and directly to Wizz that we flew with to Kutaisi.

We (I and my wife) rented a ford escape for 11 days. We arrived and departed from Kutaisi airport, so we collected and dropped off the car on Kutaisi airports parking. Alexander invited us in the airport, provided a free SIM card and helped us to initialize and charge the card in order to use Internet in our own navigation smartphone

contact with the operator was acceptable. indeed the car was changed for jeep and other operator provided the car but my airport was changed so It is not operator foult. The only fault was that remote locker in back Door was broken

Delivery O. K., pick up also. The car survived Kaukasus up to latitude 2300m. We used 4x4 only 2 times but needed. Last day we could not start - battery was gone but solved by electric cabels connected to another car... Above 80km/hour the car in not stable but the roads there are in bad quality so never minded. Service as such is not bad. I will use it in future once again. 🙂
