I enquired about a vehicle to rent (RAV4 or Pathfinder) on your website and the response was quick and accurate. The vehicle (Rav4) was delivered exactly as per arrangement by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The vehicle was clean and in very good mechanical state. Really a pleasure to drive and to explore almost any road in Georgia. Collection of the vehicle was again without any hassle. Everything with the car went well. There was a small problem with the driver's window but it was dealt well with. I was in the impression that the 74 lari I paid as I reserved the car (10% of final price) would be reduced when paying at the rental but we ended up paying the full price. That left a bit of a bad taste into my mouth. If this was done purposely you should consider making your customers know that this reservation payment is added to the rental price notified at the booking screen. Thanks.

Hello! We booked a Mazda 3 car, when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that there was a mistake and it was already rented by someone else. However, we were offered a Mazda 6 for the same price. All documents were issued quickly and without any problems. The car is in good condition, the interior is a bit dirty, though. In general, we are satisfied with the service. I recommend booking. The site is convenient for finding cars. If I look for a car again, I will definitely contact your service.

トヨタのプリウスを注文し（あらゆる損害の全額補償付き）、古いフォードを納車し、2時間後にブレーキが故障した！結局、私は高速道路で1時間車の中で過ごし、三菱アウトランダーを持ち込んだ。わかった。翌日の夕方、ステアリングのノッキングが激しくなったので、車の持ち主に知らせたところ、彼は修理のために車を取りに来た。私は代金の一部を返してくれるよう頼んだが、答えは「修理代は誰が払ってくれるのか」だった......。要するに、お金も車もない。別の会社からレンタカーを借りなければならなかった。ただひとつ、こんな古い壊れた車で自殺しなくてよかった！というわけで、もしあなたが自分の命とお金を手放したくないのなら、グリゴルでレンタカーを借りるのはやめたほうがいい。
