It wasn't the most smooth experience. It turned up about an hour late and we were on a really tight schedule, meaning we had to change/cancel some of our plans. We were told traffic was bad which can't be helped but a bit of forward planning could have avoided this.

The whole reservation process was hassle-free. Very nice email and WhatsApp contact. The vehicle was fine so far and didn't cause any problems while driving. Unfortunately, the car was not fully fueled when it was handed over. It is difficult to return a vehicle with the same tank level. Unfortunately, the driver with the rental car at the port in Kotor was about half an hour late for the handover. As a local, you should actually be able to estimate the local traffic and the time required. He was not on time at the time of return either. We were told over the phone to just park the car in the parking lot, lock it and put the key in the trunk. Which is what we did. Afterwards we noticed that the driver didn't have a spare key with him. Apparently we shouldn't have locked the car, but left it open. But we would still rent a vehicle from the company again, because overall the price-performance ratio is right.

8/10. Before issuance, they changed the type due to a breakdown: from Peugeot to VW eos, then to Renault 5, the body and the price are the same. There are no issues with the car, everything is fine. There were difficulties with the delivery, someone’s sister, with whom we had not communicated before, was picking up, we could not immediately confirm that it was her (you can’t just give the keys to a stranger). Upon delivery, the car was not checked at all, we left everything in the best possible condition, even with extra fuel, but this may be important for you.
