My reservation was cancelled by car owner. I met him in the airport at 9pm. But he told that he has no car that we booked and proposed us car on manual and in terrible condition! And also I can’t drive manual car.

But we were surprised that we had to pay cash when we took over the car. We expected to be able to pay with credit card. This wasn’t noted in the booking documents.
