私が到着したときには、車も書類も準備されていて、車もとても広かったので、家族と一緒に必要な荷物にはぴったりでした。 さらに、オーナーのGoranは信じられないほど対応がよく、何か確認したいことがあっても遠くには行ってくれませんでした。 唯一の欠点は、私が注文していたベビーシートが、必要なストラップの一部が欠けていたため、目的に合っていなかったことだ。また、ヘッドライトがあまり効かないように見えた。夜間は運転しないので問題はなかったが、同様に理想的ではなかった。 全体的には、素晴らしい価格、リーズナブルな車両、プロバイダーの良いサービスに対して8点満点です。

I've rented Vivaro through Your website, but finally I didn't get that car. One day before arrival to Montenegro I've received message on Viber that there is technical issue with Vivaro and they ar trying to find other vehicle which suits my expectations. There was no 9 Pax van available and they asked me is the VW Caddy Maxi OK for us. Basically I had no other options so I had to agree. The only problem was to fit all the bags and suitcases inside. Generally, the car was OK, but I think it is not OK to pay for 9 Pax van and receive 7 Pax in the same price. Also two days has gone before I've received kids seats, which should be provided from the beginning. I would say it was not so bad, but far away from perfection.

I can rate the rent as a three on a five-point system. I understood that the car was not new, but I did not think that there would be problems with it. At first, it died out in our parking lot, we did not find out the reason, I wrote to the owner, they rebooted something remotely (according to him), and we could go further. The next day we had to go to the mountains for rafting, all the way I hoped that it would not stall anywhere else. We also had a flat tire on the track, we barely changed the spare tire, because, firstly, the tools that were in the car were too weak to change the wheels, and, secondly, the mounting bolts on the spare tire were soured, and our men she was barely pulled out. I had to stop cars on the highway in search of a normal wheelbrace. Of course, I wrote to the owner, he even sent us some master who arrived immediately after we had done everything. They took the car for diagnostics, provided a temporary replacement, they said that they did not find anything. In general, you can ride it, but be careful

The car did not disappoint, but they gave it to us at the wrong time, agreed at 10.00, and the car arrived at 12.30. We ordered 2 child seats, they forgot to bring them and promised to bring them within 2 hours, but did not bring them. My questions were answered that the drivers were all drunk and would bring me tomorrow morning. The next day, the chairs were brought at 11.15, the chairs are dirty, it feels like they were lying somewhere under the fence and they were brought to us without even wiping them. And since we planned to go far and at 11.15 it was already too late to go, all our plans were ruined. To my question about compensation or a discount, they answered that we had already gone to a meeting and entered the 2nd driver into the contract for free. Whether this could compensate for the plans that were broken for 2 days - no, of course.

We rented a minivan ( Opel Vivaro) in early september, everything was smooth and without problems. Staff (Goran) was very helpful and friendly. Good experience, thanks! ***. five strars

Rented a minivan from Goran for one day. Since we are 4 adults and 3 children, the car was suitable in all respects. Delivered on time and also collected on time. Very friendly owner of the car !!! By the way, did not even take a deposit). We drove on about 300 km in Montenegro and the car completely satisfied all our needs both in comfort and power (after all, it's all mountains there).
