I got a different car which suppose to be two times better than the one I suppose to have... let's say maybe it was(not in my opinion, but I cant see the state of the skoda). The state of the vehicle was acceptable with few things around sterring wheel(free play). Let's say I wont go fater than 80 with the car I got ;)

Everything was absolutely perfect, both regarding the car and the pick-up of the car. Cleanliness, condition of the car. One problem was when I dropped off the car when no one came to pick it up at the airport and I almost missed my flight before I figured out what to do with it.

In general it was ok, Some points: I asked to deliver to different place, and they could manage to do that. However the manager tried to insist to pay additional day, but finally he could deliver car 2 hours later than agreed , and I declined to pay. There was no child seats in the car, so I declined to pay that part as well. And my children were less secure during travel. There was nobody to receive the car at the airport, they just sent instructions to leave the key on the wheel. And I had no complaints from them about the state of the car. Would I use the service again - Probably, Not. The car itself was ok. The same class as was requested- Citroen picasso

After ordering I was promptly contacted by a representative of the rental company and asked me if I had ordered a trip abroad. I checked the box, so I confirmed that yes, I had ordered it. My friend complained about some error, but then said that okay, and systems make mistakes, so I will have a trip. At 10pm the day before the rental (the rental was for 9am), I was contacted again by a representative of the company and asked if I was driving a manual. The thing is that Skoda in Bara and because of two days it will not be taken to me, so I have a choice: ancient Accent on automatic or 208 on manual. I chose the 208. In the morning they brought the car. In the contract I paid attention to the field "Car for rent in Montenegro", where there was a stamp of the rental company. I asked what about traveling abroad. The man called someone, clarified, then wrote BiH with a pen over the stamp and said that now everything is normal. I checked a couple of times whether the pen over the seal was really normal, and I was assured that everything was definitely normal. Naturally, the first thing I was told at the border was that it was not normal and illegal to do so. I had to "turn on the fool" and with a lot of effort I had to beg the border guards to let me pass. Otherwise, the rental went fine. When handing over the car, I pointed out this fact to the guys, to which I received the answer that they always do so, and always everything works, and of course it is absolutely normal to do so, and in general, the exit costs 5 euros (as if I did not pay for it). In general, not a bit of doubt and regret on their part. That was the end of it. That's how it went

In the end it was not a Skoda, I don't know why. We got a much older but larger VW Touran. Everything was great.

Probably the best rental service in Montenegro. This car was not available and was replaced free of charge with a more spacious one (Volkswagen Touran), which was enough for all our luggage. In general, the attitude to customers is trustworthy, no deposits are needed, so it is not the first time we rent a car from Goran.

But in the end everything turned out fine. The car gave no worse, the price as in the original booking, there was a fungus in terms of return time. In short, there are no complaints about the site, and the cars are given by real people, not companies, and, in connection with this, some costs may arise)

True, upon arrival, the car was not ready and I was given another, worse, but the next day they brought mine directly to my house. I asked to change the conditions of return, as I was supposed to fly from Podgorica, but did not fly away, but stayed. The manager sent a driver to me to pick up the car. So I'm very pleased.
