実際、レンタカー中に2つのストレスフルな状況が起こった。 1) 私たちがまだポーランドの空港にいたとき、レンタカー会社からWhatsAppに渋滞のためポドゴリツァ空港に到着できないと書き込みがあったが、約15分後に手違いで車はそこにあると返信があった。 2) ポドゴリツァに到着すると、スタッフが迎えに来て、5人乗りのオペル・インシグニアのセダンに案内してくれた（私たちは6人で、それぞれスーツケースとバックパックを背負っていた）。その職員は、6人で車に乗ればいい、そうすれば荷物が入らないから乗りたくても上司が罰金を科すと説得しようとしたので、私たちは30分近く時間をロスした。最後に、契約をキャンセルして約30ユーロのデポジットの返金を要求すると申し出ると、彼はアイデアを出して2台目の車を用意してくれ、結局オペルのインシグニアとシトロエンC3を手に入れることができた。翌日、私たちは2台の車が合意したVWトゥーランと交換されるのを数時間待った。 車の状態は、油圧が低いのでエンジンを切るようにという警告が約15分おきに出る以外は、おおむね良好だった。 しかし、全体的には、値段と、何度もリクエストした結果、オーナーが最終的にホテルまでのセカンドカーという形で代替案を提示してくれたことを考えれば、問題なかった。

everything went very smoothly. We were met at the airport, pickup was easy, car working great. Also when we got it back we could leave it at the parking so it made it even better since we didn't have to meet up. I'll definitely use your site again, thank you. 😀

we received a car about 1,5 hour later when we expected. So we had to rush after what. Car was in bad condition (visual). A lot of damages. Materials torn from the top of the car but in principle car ran fine.

All in all the experience was fine, but the pick up of the car was problematic. It was said that there will be someone to greet us with name card, but there was no one waiting. After almost an hour of waiting we finally turned on internet, we got message that the car is in parking lot, but they gave wrong number plates.

Turan was quite decent. Big plus for the very quick help regarding the flat tire. We had a spare help within a few hours.

the car was different than the one I ordered, it was dirty inside (upholstery), it had a faulty exhaust system - exhaust fumes were getting inside. I had a problem with returning the car because no one was waiting for me at the airport and I left the car in the parking lot with the keys in the glove box

Yes, there was a case. Everything was fine except for getting the car ... waited at the airport for 2 hours. They gave another car - a disaster! The next day they gave the one they ordered. Then everything was OK. I will order again in October.
