There were negative moments: the car was delayed for more than 3 hours, and only after my request. Then several people wrote to me on WhatsApp to find out where to deliver it, although the address was in the order. On acceptance and handing over the car, you sign on the clipboard without seeing what you signed for. In the new damage recorded missing towing hook plug, I had to write to the office and send a video of acceptance, it was without consequences. Otherwise everything was satisfactory

Very pleased with everything. I easily booked a car for the dates through the app. Without knowing the language at all, they gave me a car with two documents. Nice people. They didn't take any deposits. The car was clean, new, almost like in the picture. They explained how to pay for paid parking. I drove it from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Handed the car back at the end. No fines or extra money was charged. Everyone was very nice, I can recommend them!

For tourists: a passport with a valid UAE entry stamp or visa, a national driving licence and, in most cases, an International Driving Permit (IDP). For UAE residents: Emirates ID plus a UAE driving licence. Please bring originals — photos on a phone are not accepted at pickup.

Traffic fines in the UAE are registered against the car's number plate, so the rental company receives them first and then passes the charge on to you, together with a small administrative fee (typically AED 50–100). Fines can take 2–4 weeks to appear after your rental ends, so keep your payment card valid for that period.
